3-Day Return Window
We want you to love your kit. If the size isn't right or you change your mind, you have 3 days from the delivery date to request an exchange or refund. Please contact our support team via WhatsApp immediately to start the process.
Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact condition you received it: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show clear signs of wear, sweat, or damage.
Exchange Process
Need a different size? No problem. Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will ship your new size. For size exchanges, you are responsible for the shipping cost to send the item back to us, while we handle the dispatch of the new one.
Defects & Errors
If we made a mistake (wrong size sent) or if the item arrived damaged, we will make it right instantly. We will cover 100% of the return and replacement shipping costs. Simply send us a photo of the issue on WhatsApp, and we will arrange a solution immediately.
