Delivery Coordination
Since we use direct courier services, we do not provide live tracking links. Instead, the delivery driver will contact you directly by phone on the day of arrival to arrange the handover. Please keep your phone available to ensure you don't miss your delivery slot.
Lost or Delayed Packages
While we partner with trusted services, unforeseen delays can happen. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe (5 days), please contact us immediately via WhatsApp. We will handle the communication with the courier to locate your package or arrange a replacement instantly.
